The Canadian Printing Industries Association (CPIA) is the national voice of the pre-press, press and allied printing industries in Canada.

 

Since 1939, the Association has served as the collective body to represent the interests of its member firms for policy formation, regulation and legislation.

On Monday July 5, 2010, CPIA President Bob Elliott, Mr. Barry Sikora, General Manager of Classic Impressions, a CPIA/BCPIA member from Delta, BC, Mr. Evan Zelikovitz of Apco Worldwide and Mr. Mark Weeks of IDRS in BC appeared before the Senate National Financial Committee to put forward our industry’s views on the issue of Canadian remailers inserting mail directly into the US Postal System for delivery to US and other international addresses.  This presentation was done in response to Part 15 of Bill C-9.
